Financial Advisor – Client Relationship & Investment Specialist

About the role

The Financial Advisor will identify client financial needs, develop comprehensive investment and insurance recommendations, and deliver an exceptional client experience while meeting sales and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client appointments (in‑person, virtual, telephone) to assess financial needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage, retain, and grow an assigned book of business through proactive relationship management and regular reviews.
• Develop new client relationships in partnership with branch leadership and licensed bank personnel.
• Deliver needs‑based financial planning aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, and investment strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable banking, broker/dealer, FINRA, state, and federal regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, MIS, Statistics or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience providing investment guidance and achieving sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of investment and insurance products.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses.
• Appropriate state insurance licenses.
