About the role
The Hiring Our Heroes Finance Transformation Fellowship is a 12‑week remote program designed for active‑duty military members transitioning to civilian careers. Fellows will work within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice, gaining exposure to client projects, shadowing professionals, and receiving Deloitte‑crafted training.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Assist with ERP‑enabled transformation activities such as functional design, implementation, and governance of finance processes.
Required profile
- Active‑duty US Armed Forces member eligible for a DoD SkillBridge program.
- Enrolled in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required skills
- Experience (1+ year) with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, or cost accounting.
- Familiarity with finance systems such as Momentum, OneStream, SAP FICO/PaPM, Oracle EPM/EPBCS, or Cognos TM1.
