Finance Rotational Development Program – Electrified Motion

About the role

Bosch offers a 24‑month Rotational Development Program for recent Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates. The program provides four tailored rotations within the Electrified Motion business, giving you hands‑on experience in finance while being supported by executive and peer mentors.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning and analysis activities.
• Assist with monthly financial closings and variance analysis.
• Help with quarterly and annual forecasting, data collection, model updates and assumption validation.
• Prepare cost targets for the annual business plan and review financial inputs in SAP.
• Compile standard financial reports and dashboards for plant and divisional reporting.
• Support the preparation of presentations for management reviews.
• Assist in investment and business case analysis, including discounted cash flow and ROI calculations.
• Maintain product costing data, including part number setup, cost updates and releases.
• Track cost‑reduction initiatives and estimate their financial impact.
• Monitor key performance indicators and analyze performance versus targets.
• Participate in benchmarking and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures through accurate documentation and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in finance.
• Motivation to work in the automotive/electrified‑motion sector.
