Finance Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics Americas

About the role

Axalta is looking for a Finance Manager (Supply Chain & Logistics) to join its facility in Glen Mills, PA. The role consolidates, coordinates and sets strategy for all supply chain and logistics financial analysis for the Americas region, supporting operating, accounting and business decisions with data, analysis and insight. It reports directly to the Global Finance Director, COE.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee detailed financial planning, reporting and analysis of logistics and supply chain costs for the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, providing in-depth analysis to senior management.
• Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for supply chain and logistics costs, including consolidation of submissions from business segments.
• Partner with regional supply chain teams to provide data and insights that align operational and financial goals.
• Analyze and forecast inventory with supply chain and logistics teams, understanding its impact on working capital and cash flow.
• Drive and track cost savings projects.
• Develop policies for process improvement and internal management reporting.
• Handle project-related planning, project management, financial modeling and analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, business analysis, investment banking, consulting or accounting.
• Experience working for a leading global manufacturing business, in a public company or private equity-backed company environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Fluent English; other regional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and corporate finance.
• Financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Microsoft Excel.
• SAP and business intelligence / data visualization tools such as SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI.
