Finance Expert – Remote Financial Document Review & Valuation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our remote team as a Financial Document Review & Valuation Consultant. In this role you will apply advanced finance expertise to evaluate, annotate, and validate complex financial documents and analytical outputs, supporting high‑precision financial reasoning systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess financial documents including investment memoranda, earnings reports, and regulatory filings.
• Evaluate structured analytical outputs for accuracy, valuation logic, and financial reasoning quality.
• Annotate and validate model‑generated financial analyses against professional finance standards.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or misinterpretations in quantitative and qualitative financial outputs.
• Provide structured written feedback to improve analytical rigor and decision‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• CFA designation or senior‑level experience in investment banking, asset management, or top‑tier financial institutions.
• Deep expertise in financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
• Proven ability to evaluate complex financial reasoning with precision and consistency.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to produce professional‑grade documentation.
• Strong attention to detail across numerical models, assumptions, and narrative financial analysis.
• Experience reviewing investment research, valuation models, or due‑diligence materials (preferred).
• Familiarity with institutional‑grade financial reporting and compliance standards (preferred).
