Finance Business Partner Manager – US Customer Planning

About the role

Join Mastercard as a Finance Business Partner Manager focused on US Customer Planning. You will partner with sales and management teams to drive financial performance, ensure contractual commitments, and provide insightful analysis for key market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the deal incentive process, including monthly forecasting, compliance tracking, and payment processing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Support the sales team with timely and accurate financial models.
• Develop and maintain key driver reporting for major US market segments.
• Build strong business partner relationships, handling inquiries, reporting, and ad‑hoc requests.
• Review contracts to ensure proper budgeting and forecasting using CRS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Experience in financial planning, analysis, forecasting or a similar finance role.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with urgency and accuracy.
• Strong organization, data‑management and analytical abilities.
• Comfort handling confidential information and materials.
• Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills across all levels.
