Field Service Technician – Louisiana (I-10 Corridor)

About the role

The Field Service Technician will be the primary on‑site GCP representative for concrete admixture dispensing equipment across South Louisiana. Working independently, you will support plant managers, operators, truck drivers, and maintenance teams while providing flexible, often early‑morning or late‑night service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, perform preventive and scheduled maintenance, and repair admixture dispensing equipment.
• Analyze Verifi system performance reports, identify problem areas, and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist Field Sales Representatives in maintaining customer contracts through professional relationship building.
• Self‑dispatch daily tasks, plan and schedule service visits, and ensure response times meet customer expectations.
• Provide on‑call technical support, diagnose issues, and deliver on‑site assistance.
• Manage equipment service administration, including ordering, parts restocking, expense reporting, service management system compliance, preventive maintenance scheduling, calibration scheduling, and CRM reporting.

Required profile

• Located in South Louisiana, preferably along the I‑10 corridor between Lafayette and New Orleans.
• Independent self‑starter with strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Flexible schedule; able to work nights and early mornings.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills to represent the company professionally.
• Willingness to be on continuous call for customer assistance.
