Senior Mechanical Superintendent – Advanced Manufacturing Project

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Superintendent to lead field operations for complex piping, plumbing, fuel, oil, and broader MEP systems on a high‑profile advanced manufacturing project in Louisiana. This position will oversee the execution of a $1B mechanical package within a $3B development, ensuring safe, on‑time, and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site installation of mechanical systems, including piping, plumbing, fuel, and oil infrastructure.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, engineers, and project managers.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and installation methods to verify compliance.
• Manage daily field operations, safety protocols, and schedule adherence.
• Facilitate communication between the construction team and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Mechanical Superintendent on large‑scale industrial or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Proven track record overseeing complex mechanical, piping, and MEP systems.
• Background in facilities such as semiconductor fabs, battery gigafactories, pharmaceutical plants, aerospace, renewable energy, or data centers.
• Willingness to travel and work full‑time on‑site in Louisiana.
