Field Service Productivity Coordinator

About the role

The Field Service Productivity Coordinator is a B‑Band individual contributor responsible for end‑to‑end execution and coordination of Customer Engineering (CE) operational support activities that enable service readiness, equipment uptime, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Service Orders, Return‑to‑Stock, Temporary Engineering Stock, and parts disposition activities.
• Own and maintain operational KPIs, develop dashboards, analyze trends and drive corrective actions.
• Provide workforce productivity support, including timecard accuracy, scheduling, and creation of job aids.
• Maintain SOPs, training documentation, and support onboarding and training compliance.
• Execute quality, safety and compliance checks, maintain audit‑ready operations.
• Prepare operational summaries for customer visits and capture feedback for follow‑up.
• Administer service order lifecycle, parts returns, billing coordination and install‑base data integrity.

Required profile

• Experience in field service operations, CE support, logistics or semiconductor equipment environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Business or technical degree preferred.
