Field Service & Delivery Technician – Local

About the role

Join Chemtek, a family‑owned manufacturer serving the asphalt industry, as a Field Service & Delivery Technician. You will assemble, install, and maintain PavePro chemical‑delivery systems while delivering products to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and test spray systems, tanks, and related equipment in the shop.
• Deliver chemical products in totes, drums, or concentrate containers and safely unload using approved pumps and hoses.
• Install chemical storage, pumping, and spray systems at asphalt plants.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including hose checks, filter cleaning, pump inspection, and component replacement.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, plumbing, and basic electrical issues.
• Maintain service records, delivery documentation, and vehicle parts inventory.

Required profile

• Passionate about fixing things and learning industrial equipment.
• At least two years of safe driving experience with a heavy‑duty pickup or service truck.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and occasionally on elevated platforms.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card; CDL is a plus.

Required skills

• Equipment assembly and testing.
• Pump, plumbing, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Heavy‑duty vehicle and trailer operation.
