Field Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales & Marketing Representative in Inver Grove Heights, MN. The role works with The Home Depot to grow market share and keep TTI's product lines prominent, covering merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement. It is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot, recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and participate in TTI's training program

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one full year, a personal vehicle and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a retail environment
• MS Office proficiency; multilingual ability preferred in some markets; formal higher education preferred but not required

What we offer

• Pay of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
