Field Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a manufacturer and marketer of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales & Marketing Representative in Gretna, LA. You will drive sales of TTI's product lines within one of its largest retail partners, The Home Depot, and launch your career in a fast-paced company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot, recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and merchandising resets
• Maintain brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and product placement, using Microsoft Power BI to drive decisions
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid US driver's license for at least one full year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts
• Willingness to travel to and from stores and occasionally fly
• MS Office proficiency; multilingual ability preferred in some markets
• Higher education preferred but not required; relocation may be required

What we offer

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
