Field Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales & Marketing Representative in Monticello, MN. The role supports TTI's presence in The Home Depot, driving market share growth through merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement. It is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot, recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and participate in the company training program

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one full year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to travel to stores and occasionally by air
• MS Office proficiency; multilingual ability preferred in some markets; formal higher education preferred but not required

What we offer

• Pay of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
