Field Sales Manager – Fine Wine

About the role

The Field Sales Manager for Aspect Fine Wine will lead a team of sales representatives to achieve volume and distribution goals. You will be responsible for planning, coaching, and executing sales strategies while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, conducting one‑on‑one meetings to set objectives and review performance.
• Develop performance enhancement plans, monitor 90‑day evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Identify skill gaps and create customized coaching plans to improve sales effectiveness.
• Pre‑plan each sales period with representatives, define target accounts, and strategize to meet goals.
• Participate in interview and selection processes, collaborating with HR for hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain key account relationships, conduct business reviews, open new accounts, and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate supplier surveys and ride‑withs, scheduling routes and representatives as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints following company policies and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a field‑based role.
• Results‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Office and other presentation software.
