Field Sales Consultant – Lubbock, TX

About the role

The Field Sales Consultant will represent Renuity’s Statewide Remodeling brand in the Lubbock area, building relationships with prospective and existing homeowners. This full‑time, W‑2 position focuses on delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience while driving sales of home‑improvement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with homeowners seeking renovation projects.
• Present, negotiate, and close sales contracts for baths, closets, exterior upgrades, and other remodel services.
• Utilize pre‑qualified leads provided by the company—no cold calling or door‑knocking required.
• Maintain a full schedule that may include evenings and Saturdays to meet sales quotas.
• Collaborate with leadership and mentors to refine product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Positive, flexible, and determined attitude with strong persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and ambitious with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking publicly and presenting to customers.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
