Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Vallejo, CA

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a global maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Vallejo, CA. You will drive sales of its product lines within one of its largest retail partners, The Home Depot, and launch your career in a fast-paced company.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering business-to-consumer sales and customer service, recommending tailored product solutions and showing deep product knowledge
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and manage inventory levels through down-stocking
• Take part in the company's training program and work independently in the assigned market

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one continuous year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts
• Ability to pass drug and motor vehicle report screening
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office
• Use of Microsoft Power BI for data-driven decisions
• Self-motivated, organized and able to plan and manage time
• Multilingual ability preferred in some markets
