Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Springfield, VA

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Springfield, VA. The role drives market share growth and keeps TTI's product lines prominent at The Home Depot, combining merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement. It is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot, recommending tailored TTI products
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels, down-stock and report promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and transport a small amount of company property
• Travel to and from store locations, including occasional air travel, and lift and carry tools up to 50 lbs

Required profile

• At least 21 years old, eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one full year, personal vehicle and insurance naming you as primary driver
• Ability to pass drug and motor vehicle report screening
• Willingness to work nights and weekends, stand for shifts and handle physical demands
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work full-time in a retail environment
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets

What we offer

• Pay of $24.04-$25.96 per hour, target annual salary $50,000-$54,000
