Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Los Angeles

About the role

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is looking for a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Los Angeles to help grow its market share and keep its product lines strong at The Home Depot, its main retail partner. The role covers merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement, with travel to and from store locations and occasional air travel.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by selling to consumers at The Home Depot and recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and take part in the company's training program

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid US driver's license for at least one full year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a retail environment
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets

Required skills

What we offer

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
