Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Cottonwood, AZ

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a global maker of power tools, outdoor power equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Cottonwood, AZ. You will drive sales of its product lines within one of its largest retail partners, The Home Depot, and develop your selling, account management and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering business-to-consumer sales and customer service, recommending tailored product solutions and showing deep product knowledge
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Participate in merchandising resets and TTI's training program, following safety protocols

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid US driver's license for at least one continuous year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to travel to and from store locations, including air travel, and carry a small amount of company property
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts
• MS Office proficiency; multilingual ability preferred in some markets; formal higher education preferred but not required
