Field Sales Account Executive – Wausau, WI

About the role

The Field Sales Account Executive will own a defined territory in Wausau, WI, driving growth of CooperVision's contact lens portfolio. You will build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists and practice staff, delivering product education and expanding market share.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales quota for the assigned territory.
• Maintain a daily call cycle of 5‑7 pre‑set appointments and manage the full sales funnel.
• Develop and execute account business plans in partnership with the Regional Director.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, Showpad and Tableau to track activity and forecast results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service and Operations to align strategies.

Required profile

• Proven consultative selling experience, preferably in medical or vision‑care products.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Residency in Wausau or within reasonable commuting distance.
• Strong business acumen and a results‑driven mindset.
