Field Sales Account Executive – Princeton/Trenton, NJ

About the role

Join CooperVision, a leading global contact lens manufacturer, as a Field Sales Account Executive covering the Princeton/Trenton, NJ territory. You will be responsible for driving growth of the company’s contact lens portfolio by building strong relationships with eye‑care professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets set for the assigned territory.
• Maintain a daily call cycle of 5‑7 pre‑set appointments with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers and office staff.
• Provide product education, increase adoption of CooperVision lenses, and grow market share.
• Respond to customer inquiries (phone and email) within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, Showpad and Tableau to manage the sales funnel and track performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, Operations) to execute business strategies.

Required profile

• Residency in or near the Princeton/Trenton area.
• Proven ability to work independently with a consultative selling approach.
• Strong business acumen and experience managing a territory sales cycle.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing quota in a B2B sales environment.
