Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors, a home remodeling company that grew from $3M to $200M in five years, is hiring a Field Marketing Manager in Dover, Delaware. The role oversees a field marketing department of 10 to 25 canvassing representatives, reinforcing the practices, policies and procedures set by the Vice President and tracking and maintaining the department's production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new marketing strategies
• Train new field marketers and run new-hire training twice a month
• Manage scripts and process flows, making on-the-fly changes
• Track internal data such as appointments, demos and sales daily, weekly and monthly
• Travel to different territories within the department as needed
• Lead weekly team meetings and trainings on product development and sales techniques
• Maintain and exceed weekly lead generation goals and conversion rates
• Provide an outstanding customer experience to every potential customer

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 18 years old
• At least 1 year of field marketing or door-to-door canvassing experience
• Experience leading a team of marketing representatives
• Work experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Ability to multitask and type while speaking to customers
• Clear public speaking and engaging interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer questions and concerns
• Quick decision-making that balances company guidelines and customer needs
