Field Marketing & Events Manager

About the role

ReflexAI’s Field Marketing & Events Manager shapes and executes ReflexAI's events program with precision and creative excellence across conferences, tradeshows, executive forums, hosted experiences, and virtual events.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Marketing to translate positioning into field and event experiences.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery for all event types, including vendor management, booth design, shipping, A/V, venues, catering and swag.
• Produce webinars and virtual events: platform setup, registration flows, speaker prep, live moderation and post‑event asset delivery.
• Turn event briefs into clear plans with audience, outcomes, experience approach and operational needs.
• Manage gifting and direct‑mail programs, coordinating ABM outreach and thank‑you gifts.
• Coordinate with sales, product marketing, demand generation, customer success and design to brief stakeholders, align outreach and ensure post‑event follow‑up.

Required profile

• 5+ years of event or field marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to execute both large tradeshows and intimate formats such as hosted dinners or executive forums.
• Experience running webinars or virtual events, including platform management and promotion.
• Strong creative sensibility for memorable experiences and confidence representing the brand on‑site.
• Excellent written communication and ability to travel multiple times per year.
