Senior Content Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to shape ReflexAI’s voice and editorial strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the content engine across brand, thought leadership, research, video, events and more, turning complex ideas into compelling stories.

Key responsibilities

• Own the editorial calendar, standards and processes to ensure high‑quality, scalable content.
• Create and distribute content across the buyer journey, including blogs, social, email, webinars and sales enablement.
• Partner with SEO and AEO specialists to make content discoverable on search engines and AI surfaces.
• Develop contributed bylines and manage award submissions and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with product marketing, growth, PR and field teams to maintain a consistent narrative across campaigns and sales materials.
• Track content performance, report on metrics and adjust the editorial plan based on results.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a strong portfolio of writing and editing.
• Proven experience creating executive thought leadership and building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Data‑driven mindset: able to measure impact, draw insights and iterate on content strategy.
• Independent yet collaborative, capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote, cross‑functional environment.
