Field Marketing Director

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Director to lead a team of 10‑25 canvassing representatives. You will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, training new hires, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience across multiple territories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new field marketing strategies to meet lead generation and conversion goals.
• Train new field marketers and conduct bi‑monthly hire training sessions.
• Manage scripts, process flows, and make on‑the‑fly adjustments as needed.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics such as appointments, demos, and sales.
• Travel to various territories, lead weekly team meetings, and maintain a competitive, cohesive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of field marketing or door‑to‑door canvassing experience.
• Proven experience leading a team of marketing representatives.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions while balancing company guidelines and customer needs.
