Field Manager

About the role

The Field Manager oversees daily field and installation operations, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards while providing leadership to installers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and supervise daily and weekly field operations, including installer and subcontractor scheduling and workload balancing.
• Review and approve job readiness, installation documentation, and project timelines, resolving issues that may impact delivery, quality, or customer experience.
• Direct, train, coach, and evaluate W‑2 installers and 1099 subcontractors to ensure consistent execution of standards, quality, and safety.
• Serve as escalation point for complex operational and customer issues, conducting jobsite quality inspections and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations on forecasting, capacity planning, material readiness, and on‑time installations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in field, installation or related roles within home improvement or construction.
• 2 years experience in a management or supervisory position preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential remodeling installation practices and ability to read a tape measure.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel to job sites.
