Independent Window Installer (1099) – Up to $300k/yr

About the role

Renuity is seeking experienced, self‑motivated window installers to join our network of independent contractors. As a 1099 Window Installer you will deliver high‑quality home‑remodeling products, ensuring each installation meets Renuity’s standards and exceeds homeowner expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Install residential replacement windows and related home‑remodeling products following Rite Window standards.
• Perform finish work, metal bending, window wrapping, and caulking as required for each job.
• Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at the end of the project.
• Maintain respect for the homeowner’s property and adhere to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Established LLC or business with General Liability insurance.
• Own cargo van, box truck, or enclosed trailer capable of hauling materials.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
