Field Contracts Processor – $2000 Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Field Contracts Processor to support its sales team and ensure accurate processing of ownership contracts. You will work in a supportive, friendly environment where meaningful moments are created for guests and associates alike.

Key responsibilities

• Enter contract information into systems such as Universe and Unifipro with precision.
• Verify that signed contract paperwork is complete and contains all required documentation.
• Advise the Sales team on ownership‑contract issues, including titles, financing and pre‑approval matters.
• Respond to Sales requests regarding contract status, additional information needs, and tracking.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Interact professionally with colleagues and guests while contributing to team goals.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
• At least 6 months of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to undergo background check and/or drug screening as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with contract‑processing systems (Universe, Unifipro).
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
