FCPA Investigations Counsel

About the role

The firm is seeking a Compliance & Investigations Attorney on a consultant basis to support a leading global technology company’s in‑house legal and compliance team. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on high‑stakes internal compliance and anti‑corruption investigations, reporting directly to in‑house counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute investigation plans for internal compliance misconduct cases.
• Conduct investigative interviews with company personnel.
• Manage document and email review processes.
• Draft investigation reports and communicate findings to corporate stakeholders.

Required profile

• Active U.S. bar license.
• JD from a top‑50 U.S. law school (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years of practice at an AmLaw 200 firm.
• At least five years of internal investigations experience, including FCPA and other anti‑corruption statutes.
• Proven ability to lead investigations from planning through reporting.
