Fashion Designer – Seasonal Collections

About the role

We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer to develop and execute seasonal collections that align with market trends and our brand vision. The role involves translating concepts into detailed designs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of each style.

Key responsibilities

• Design and sketch silhouettes for each season, creating both rough and detailed drawings by hand or using CAD.
• Write specifications covering colour schemes, construction, materials and accessories.
• Collaborate with sales, buying and production to ensure designs meet customer, market and price expectations.
• Develop patterns, oversee sample making, fittings and adaptations.
• Select fabrics, trims and embellishments, and create technical packages with Product Development and Tech Design.
• Research market trends, target demographics and provide insights to the Design Director.
• Manage prototype production and resolve issues with Production, Technical Design and Buying teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in apparel design and development.
• Strong understanding of seasonal trends, fabric selection and sustainable design practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software for apparel design.
• Fashion illustration and hand‑sketching abilities.
• Technical package (tech pack) creation.
• Pattern development and sample supervision.
