Family Medicine Physician – Community Primary Care

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, community‑based primary care for patients of all ages. The position involves delivering high‑quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services within a collaborative clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate medical, dental, and behavioral health care.
• Educate patients on preventive health and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Participate in clinic coverage, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine‑Pediatrics residency.
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Pediatrics.
• Active California medical license, DEA registration, and BLS certification.
• Familiarity with EHR systems.
• Commitment to health equity and serving diverse communities.
