Facility Maintenance Technician – Weekend Shift

About the role

Cresco Labs is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to join its weekend shift team. You will keep the production environment in optimal condition, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently during the Friday‑Monday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair utility lines such as steam, air, water, and process piping.
• Execute industrial electrical installations, control circuit work, and machine repairs.
• Read and interpret machine prints and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and safe facility for manufacturing operations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in industrial building maintenance, preferably in a production setting.
• Hands‑on ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
