Facilities Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Facilities Compliance Analyst supports the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City by ensuring that facilities management activities meet internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk standards. You will work closely with audit, risk, and technology teams to safeguard the bank’s physical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive compliance program initiatives to mature department controls.
• Coordinate internal audit and RBOPS review support.
• Act as SAFR liaison for onboarding new technology and maintaining SAFR boundaries.
• Provide IWMS support, establish governance, and assist project teams.
• Collaborate with ERM on risk event reporting and serve as records liaison.
• Resolve routine issues, respond to regulatory inquiries, and counsel management on non‑compliance.
• Develop and deliver training or outreach related to compliance.
• Assist in designing and maintaining complex spreadsheets and management reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to assess control design, operational effectiveness, and outcomes.
• Solid understanding of root‑cause analysis, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Required skills

• Experience with Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).
• Knowledge of SAFR technology and boundaries.
• Proficiency in complex Excel spreadsheet development and analysis.

• Competitive salary range of $69,700‑$126,500 per year.
