Experienced Tutor for K-12 Students

About the role

Prep Academy Tutors of Collier County is seeking dynamic, experienced, and passionate tutors to deliver personalized, in‑home tutoring for K‑12 students across Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized tutoring sessions in core subjects such as Math, English/ELA, Science, and Social Studies.
• Assess each student’s learning needs, provide homework help, test preparation (FSA, ACT, SAT) and skill‑building strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with students, parents, and staff while monitoring progress and adapting instruction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant teaching or tutoring experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the Florida K‑12 curriculum and standardized testing requirements.
• Ability to tutor in‑person in at least one service area (Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, or Estero).
