Experienced Paralegal – Litigation / Healthcare / Medical Malpractice

About the role

The Law Offices of Marshall Dennehey is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join its Mount Laurel, NJ office. This full‑time, hybrid position supports the firm’s defense of medical professionals across a wide range of health‑care liability matters.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and analyze medical, financial, tax, and employment records.
• Create detailed medical and factual chronologies, trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files.
• Compile evidence from discovery documents, transcripts, and databases.
• Manage electronic and physical case files and coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Generate status reports, case indexes, and correspond with experts and law firms.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of litigation/casualty paralegal experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree; ABA‑approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a fast‑paced caseload.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and confidentiality skills.
