Entry Level Paralegal – Litigation / Casualty Defense – Hybrid

About the role

The Law Offices of Marshall Dennehey is seeking an entry‑level full‑time Paralegal to join its Mount Laurel, NJ office. You will support litigation and casualty defense matters, working on a hybrid schedule that balances remote and on‑site work.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and analyze documents such as medical, financial, tax, and employment records.
• Create detailed medical and factual chronologies, trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files.
• Compile evidence through discovery documents, transcripts, records, and databases.
• Manage and organize electronic and physical case files.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and support services.
• Generate status reports, logs, and case indexes.
• Correspond with clients and opposing law firms.
• Conduct legal and medical research, including review of expert materials.
• Communicate with experts and analyze their qualifications, prior testimony, transcripts, and publications.
