Experienced Dog Groomer / Pet Stylist

About the role

Molly’s Dog Care is seeking an experienced groomer/stylist to join its growing team. The position offers the chance to build a loyal clientele while contributing to the expansion of a top‑rated grooming salon.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality grooming services for dogs of all sizes and breeds, prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized grooming space.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both dogs and their owners.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through personal effort and existing daycare, boarding, and training customers.
• Assist teammates in other areas (baths, play yards, front desk) when not busy.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional grooming experience with a current pet grooming certification.
• Weekend availability is mandatory.
• Self‑starter mentality eager to help grow the grooming department.
• Strong passion for dog grooming and commitment to safety and well‑being.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
