About the role
The Care Aide provides essential personal and mobility assistance to residents of Rosemarie Manor, ensuring their daily needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Support mobility, including ambulation, transfers between beds and chairs, and walking assistance.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and errands.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage residents in activities.
- Monitor health conditions and report changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Remind residents to take medications as prescribed.
- Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
Required profile
- Current CPR certification.
- First Aid certification.
- AED certification.
- Med Tech certification.
