Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant

About the role

Audi of Nyack is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our luxury dealership. The role involves engaging with customers, showcasing vehicles, and driving sales in a high‑end automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and create appointments from leads via phone, email, chat or text.
• Perform vehicle demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Enter information in our CRM to ensure proper follow‑up.
• Use CRM for all customer interactions and keep BDC staff updated.
• Utilize CRM retention tools to communicate with potential buyers.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Conduct business through various channels including email, telephone, and in‑person appointments.
• Work with management to finalize sales, obtain financing, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven customer service experience, including CSI.
• Prior sales experience (a plus).
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent follow‑through and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
