Experienced Associate – Business Tax Services (Private Clients)

About the role

KPMG is seeking an Experienced Associate to join its Business Tax Services practice, focusing on ultra‑high net‑worth individuals, trusts and estates. You will work with senior executives and family offices, delivering sophisticated tax compliance and advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to owners and senior executives of the private‑client base.
• Prepare complex individual income, gift, trust and estate tax returns for ultra‑high net‑worth individuals and family offices.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead teams of tax professionals and assistants on client engagements.
• Advise clients on high‑quality tax strategies and participate in external market and business activities.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience with ultra‑high net‑worth individuals or trust and estate tax work, preferably in an accounting or law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree; JD, LL.M. in taxation, or Master’s in Taxation is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts.
