Executive & Social Media Assistant (Hybrid, NYC)

About the role

ESW Beauty is looking for a highly organized and creative Executive & Social Media Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. This hybrid position blends executive administration, personal assistance, and social media planning for the founder’s channels while coordinating content, events, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, inbox, travel arrangements, and weekly priorities.
• Prepare meeting notes, presentations, recaps, and action items.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal teams.
• Assist with HR tasks such as initial screening calls during hiring cycles.
• Develop weekly content calendars for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
• Capture, film, and help edit short‑form videos showcasing lifestyle, behind‑the‑scenes, and beauty content.
• Maintain brand consistency between the Founder’s personal brand and ESW Beauty.
• Track trends, hooks, and formats relevant to beauty and founder‑led content.
• Organize content files, manage approvals, and schedule posts.
• Handle personal errands and lifestyle support as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in executive support, social media, content coordination, or operations.
• Passion for the beauty industry and strong understanding of social media culture.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for content filming, events, or urgent tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
