About the role

The Executive Event Chef leads culinary execution for high‑volume, luxury events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while balancing creativity, operational excellence, and financial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead culinary execution for high‑volume, luxury events with focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Collaborate on menu development, aligning creativity with brand standards and profitability goals.
• Oversee adherence to SOPs, ordering guidelines, and staffing matrices.
• Manage kitchen operations during events, ensuring seamless execution from prep through service.
• Maintain strict standards for food safety, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness.
• Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members, fostering accountability and growth.
• Partner with leadership teams to ensure alignment across operations, service, and guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a luxury event or wedding venue.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to inspire and lead others.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• ServSafe certification (current and valid).
