Executive Director

About the role

Marquis MD is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the operational and cultural backbone of its concierge medicine network. Reporting to the Medical Director and senior leadership, the Executive Director will ensure seamless daily performance, growth, and service excellence across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end operations at every Marquis MD site, guaranteeing high‑quality patient care, efficient scheduling, and coordinated administration.
• Develop, monitor, and refine standard operating procedures, performance metrics, and scalability frameworks.
• Manage technology integrations—including EHR, Salesforce CRM, and CurativeAI—to improve visibility, analytics, and care efficiency.
• Support market expansion, new site launches, and cross‑functional readiness for future locations.
• Act as the internal ambassador of the Marquis MD experience, embodying a proactive, discreet, and highly personalized service ethos.
• Design and enforce concierge service standards that reflect a luxury wellness brand.
• Oversee membership lifecycle management for Gold, Platinum, and Vantablack tiers.
• Leverage data and feedback loops to continuously raise patient satisfaction and brand consistency.
• Partner with Finance and Shared Services on budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
