Executive Director, Client Lead

About the role

Beauty Co-Lab, an Omnicom Media Group unit dedicated to L’Oréal USA, is looking for an Executive Director to lead the Client Business for the Professional Products Division (PPD). The role combines strategic account leadership with revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction responsibilities across a portfolio of seven iconic beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team delivering strategy, planning, investment, activation, business analytics, and retail services for seven brands (Kerastase, Redken, L’Oréal Pro, Matrix, Biolage, Pureology, Color WOW).
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with Beauty Co-Lab business leads, senior L’Oréal PPD stakeholders, and other divisions, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Proactively propose innovative, mutually beneficial strategies that advance the client’s business and support transformation initiatives.
• Establish a clear vision for the team, foster a high‑performance culture rooted in accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities by deeply understanding L’Oréal’s objectives and market dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior client account leadership within a media, advertising, or marketing agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and high client satisfaction.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders and the capacity to act as a strategic partner.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and developing talent.
• Deep understanding of the beauty industry, especially professional haircare and cosmetics.
