Executive Chauffeur (Level 3) – Falls Church, VA

About the role

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Executive Chauffeur Level 3 to provide safe, reliable ground transportation for its Board of Directors and senior leadership team in the Falls Church, Virginia area. The role requires a professional driver who can represent the company with a polished appearance and handle both routine and unexpected situations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated transportation for the Board of Directors and Northrop Grumman Leadership Team.
• Maintain the appearance, operation, and regular service of the company‑owned vehicle.
• Prepare and submit accurate mileage, repair, and service records.
• Adhere to a non‑standard schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years executive driving experience, preferably in the Tri‑State Area.
• Valid driver’s license and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office suite.

What we offer

• Salary range $66,600 – $111,000 per year.
• Potential overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses.
• Full‑time schedule (M‑F 7:00 am‑4:00 pm) with occasional weekend/holiday work.
