Event Stylist

About the role

As an Event Stylist at Landmark Hospitality, you will be the trusted guide for couples and corporate clients, turning their visions into unforgettable celebrations. You will manage every detail from the initial meeting through the final dance, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients, listen closely, and capture every detail of their event vision.
• Showcase venue spaces to help guests envision their celebration.
• Design, plan, and execute events from concept to completion, managing timelines and countless details.
• Maintain proactive communication, anticipating client needs before they arise.
• Research, quote, and close sales with confidence and care.
• Coordinate vendors and lead the event team to ensure flawless execution on the day.
• Provide warm follow‑up after appointments and events.
• Adapt to changes, guest requests, and the dynamic nature of celebrations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of event sales experience in upscale, fine‑dining venues.
• Passion for hospitality and event design.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events independently while keeping every detail on track.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Wednesday‑Sunday availability required).

Required skills

• Proficiency with event software (Tripleseat preferred).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
