Event & Lifestyle Coordinator (Lease-Up)

About the role

The Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily community operations to boost resident retention. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, this role assists with move‑ins, creates resident programs, and contributes to sales and marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, provide tours, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
• Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service requests.
• Manage guest suite scheduling, loading dock/elevator coordination for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain amenities in tour‑ready condition and prepare them for resident use.
• Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs, tracking outcomes and metrics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and services, and build relationships with vendors.
• Monitor the Lifestyle email account, respond promptly, and promote events and programs.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to greet and assist residents and prospects.
• Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, package handling, and event planning.
• Ability to collaborate with community management and sales teams.
• Knowledge of local amenities and services to provide recommendations.
• Proactive communication and timely response to inquiries.
