About the role

This part‑time adjunct position enables you to shape the next generation of esthetics professionals by delivering hands‑on, industry‑aligned training in both classroom and lab settings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans and standardized syllabi for esthetics courses.
• Teach theory and practical applications of skin care, color theory, makeup, and facial treatments.
• Utilize current classroom and lab technology to simulate real‑world environments.
• Assess student progress, grade coursework promptly, and provide academic advising.
• Maintain safety standards, program accreditation, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with faculty to evaluate and improve student learning outcomes.
