Escrow Officer – Quality Choice Title

About the role

You will act as the key link between the escrow process and the people involved, guiding transactions from contract review through to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contracts from start to finish, ensuring timely, efficient, error‑free closings.
• Verify all paperwork is complete and accurate so escrow closes on schedule.
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, agents, attorneys, surveyors and government agencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and other industry partners, providing white‑glove service.
• Train and supervise escrow assistants, delegating tasks and auditing work.
• Attend closings to ensure a positive experience for agents and buyers.
