Equipment Logistics Technician II – Neuro Expansion

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute is expanding with a state‑of‑the‑art 15‑floor facility. As an Equipment Logistics Technician II you will support the care environment by maintaining, repairing, and managing medical devices and equipment for the new neuro‑care campus.

Key responsibilities

• Perform target rounding in active patient areas to recover assets for processing and redistribution.
• Deliver, triage and recover specified medical devices.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair designated equipment.
• Document work activity in an electronic database.
• Assist with or lead special projects as designated.
• Order supplies, stock patient rooms, and ensure adherence to unit/department budget.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of hospital medical device logistics/repair experience, or equivalent experience in hospital operations, logistics, or related military training.
• Ability to work evenings Wednesday‑Saturday (12:00 pm‑10:30 pm) and travel throughout the Cleveland Clinic health system.

Required skills

• Proficiency with web applications, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to move and transport items weighing 100 lb or more.
• Basic knowledge of equipment inspection, installation, repair, and maintenance.
